Slow Swipe #60

we see this one a couple times a day. It's no big whoop, just a
bogging down and slowing of the swipe response so that it can take
several swipes to move to the next question. I assume this is an
android memory management issue. Solution is easy, just wait a few
seconds for memory to right itself and move forward.
