Force Close mid survey #62

Rare. Reported by a few enumerators, but not observed myself. ODK can
Force Close with no Wait option in mid survey. Unverified. No Solution
other than to start survey over. Data is lost if Force Close mid
survey.

hard to track this one down. with the implementation of save and auto save, 
this should be a non issue.
