implement fuzzy select for questions with lots of options #88

let's say you have a list of all animals in the world. you don't want that in a 
select one widget. you want to be able to do an ajaxy looking search where you 
start typing an animal's name into the box and it narrows things down. using 
appearance hints would be a good way to do this.
