Edit envrunner-base to close terminal after launch #32

In the current state the cmd which opens when I click the shortcut on the desktop stays open. With this edit in place the cmd opens briefly and then closes after calling the script as intended.

I think this use of start was discussed and/or looked into at one point, but I don't recall all the details. My inclination is to merge this and then see if problems arise.
