NBA League Pass has been marked as broken in repository. "Dependencies not met." #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install it

What do you expect to see? What do you see instead?

I was hoping for it to install NBA League Pass. It only lets me view the change 
log. It won't let me install, saying:

This add-on has been marked as broken.
Dependencies not met.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am on OpenELEC version 3.2.3, on an AMD A6-3500 PC trying to access NBA 
League Pass version 0.1.5, the Bluecop repository I have is 1.0.1.
