Dependecies not met. Please contact add on author

I just installed xbmc last night with the nightly build of 1-30-2014 on my 
ATV2.  I downloaded the repository and installed it and when I try to add any 
of the add ons I get the message "Dependencies not met. Please contact Add On 
author." Is the nightly build missing something or is it just me that is 
missing something.

dependencies not met . contact add on author , this is the message i get . so 
how could i be able to watch turkish channels
