NBC Universal not working anymore #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install NBC Universal 1.3 add-on
2. Select NBC
3. Try to watch "The Biggest Loser"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Be able to see available shows and watch them

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NBC Universal 1.3 on AppleTV
NBC Universal 1.3 on Mac 10.6.7

Please provide any additional information below.

nbc has been integrated in free cable
