Remove dependence on void magit variable #12

The variable magit-log-edit-confirm-cancellation appears to be removed from magit, causing magithub to crash the initialization of magit.

This commit fixes #11

It's probably better to just remove all references to magithub-message-confirm-cancellation and magit-log-edit-confirm-cancellation.
