Allow QIRA to listen on addresses other than localhost #10

Hi,

I wish to run QIRA on a different machine than mine and then connect to it with
a browser on a different machine, I saw that the usage suggests -s as "server
mode" but all it does is listen on port 4000 instead of 3002 (and possibly
other things, but still on localhost).

it would be great if you could add a feature to specify the IP i want QIRA to
listen on, of course it's not really a problem forwarding it with
iptables/socat but it sounds to me like a rather basic feature that can benefit
others also.

Thanks.

My bad, downloaded the sources and saw you added it and it's just not in the
release yet.

cheers.
