Opportunity to ignore some custom get parameters in cache validation. #268

for example for adsense or other ad companies wich use get parameters for statistics. i.e. http://dcase.ru/products/samsung/chehly-dlya-telefonov-samsung/chehly-dlya-telefonov-galaxy-y-duos-s6102.html and http://dcase.ru/products/samsung/chehly-dlya-telefonov-samsung/chehly-dlya-telefonov-galaxy-y-duos-s6102.html?utm_source=yandex-direct-{source}&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=yandex-direct points to similar page, but varnish consider for them different cache.
