It would be nice to have vds linked to all eiger files in the master file

It looks like there is no way to get image height and width from the DectrisEiger Tango Server

The issue was solved by #652 with hard-coded height and width as well as dtype for eiger9m32vds

We can create a similar templates for eiger4m32vds and eiger1m32vds as well as eiger9m12vds eiger4m16vds and eiger1m16vds
