When the battery voltage falls below a threshold, the shutter should auto-close
While the battery voltage is below the threshold, the shutter should ignore open commands.
The toggle switch should always work regardless of battery voltage
Auto-close should work regardless of the wireless connection to the rotator
Different battery chemistries have different voltage discharge curves, so the threshold needs to be user-configurable
The default setting should err on the side of closing too soon (safe by default)
There is very little available code space and significant optimisation effort might be needed.
The ASCOM driver will need to be updated to allow the threshold to be set
Other drivers and plugins (X2, INDI) will also need to be updated (communication).
