If you register the source tree on the nexml account, I'll update the links, so you control the build status.

Don't bother. I setup Travis fro nexml/bio-nexml and updated README to reflect the same (SHA: 4ddacd3afabc1cb36e6ac06b6d20927ac229520f). Just update it on biogems.info, if needed.

OK, good stuff. I can see there are two unit tests left :)
