Non-standard webhooks used #7

The standard webhooks used throughout Nexmo docs/examples are:

<host>/webhooks/answer
<host>/webhooks/event

It would be great if the generated app could use these standard webhook URLs, otherwise the user either needs to edit their app to conform, or edit the webhook URLs in the Dashboard.
