Handle placeholder names and symbols #4

Some base class definitions use placeholders to define certain naming patterns and relations to other items, e.g., the field name AXISNAME and the group attribute AXISNAME_indices. These are not currently linked in the validation. The definition header also contains symbols that are used usually to connect dimension values in multiple fields. Neither are currently handled by the package.

This is implemented in v0.3.0-beta.1.
