Next100 cleanup and fixes #131

This PR solves simple TO-DOs in the Next100 geometry:

Set enriched-Xe as the default gas.
Remove deprecated vessel nozzles.
Add PE500 and set it as the buffer-holder material. The fact that buffer-holders are now made of PE500 (instead of PE1000 as in Next-White) was comunicated privately by engineers. The material density is taken from PE500-Ficha-Tecnica

As talked offline, I have also updated the big upper hole in the ICS, which wasn't present in the 3D drawings when the ICS was implemented and merged. Distance to the other hole and radius are taken from Jordi's drawings:

This PR sets the default gas to enriched Xe, changes the material of the buffer holders to PE500 instead of PE1000, removes deprecated nozzles and modifies a hole in the ICS. Approved. Nice job!
