FC displacement #222

This PR displaces the field cage volumes in xy, trying to reproduce the real displacement at LSC as much as possible. This displacement is caused by having two HDPE layers only in one sector of the cylinder, and not all over the place. Modifications have been made in order to have the ACTIVE volume centred in the TPC axis.
