Rewriting of DBD generator to eliminate dependency on GSL #5

The current DBD generator is a line-by-line translation of DECAY0/GENBB (written originally in Fortran) that introduces a dependency on the GSL mathematical library.

Why would you eliminate the dependence with GSL? Is it a robust library written in C, which gives you access to a zillion numerical methods.
