Notes:
Don't validate generic text inputs. If someone really wants to skip, let them.

I did just enter some crap answers (i.e., alpha in numeric) and also left 90% of answers blank- but the form accepted and cleared. Is it possible to require answers/ for the user to get an error message and then be able to go back to ensure everything is complete? That functionality is critical.
