1.5系のデータベースのマイグレーションタスクを修正する #1876

実環境で1.5系のアップグレードを試したところ、データベースの移行で複数の問題に遭遇したため、マイグレーションタスクを修正する必要がある。

実際には1.4系のアップデートスクリプトに問題があったと思われる。
