Real time plotting slows simulation #1

When running a simulation, the plot of the wavefunction is updated in real-time. This appears to take up the majority of the runtime. However, it is not required for the majority of the simulations, where the final wavefunction is the desired result.

An option should be added to switch plotting off when it is not needed.

With savingSimulationRunning=true, I ran into No figure to print on line 164. Do you have the same issue?

never mind it was a glitch in my environment
