Link to rapido.css in unpkg in the documentation #146

Use <link href="https://unpkg.com/@nextbitlabs/rapido@^3/rapido.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"> in the documentation.

This change makes a little more difficult the development, but it has the advantage to make more intelligible the documentation source code.
