Don't build for Opera Mini #2

We don't support Opera Mini anyway (at least i hope so)

Old: https://browserl.ist/?q=last+2+versions%2C+ie+%3E%3D+11%2C+firefox+ESR%2Cnot+dead

New: https://browserl.ist/?q=last+2+versions%2C+ie+%3E%3D+11%2C+firefox+ESR%2Cnot+dead%2C+not+op_mini+all

Yes, even though we might not support opera mini officially, it doesn't hurt to have that in, so at least some issue might be avoided by building with compatibility for it.
