calendar and contacts show up while groupware not installed #648

Hi, on our setup the groupware (calendar and contacts) is not installed, but they show up in activity and activity-settings. Theese options should not be shown, while according apps are not installed.

PS: Same issue on settings/user/sync-clients page: "Connect your Calendar" is very misleading to our users, since we use pre-existing sogo...

This is because it's baked in into the server

i guess there must be flags that say if those modules are uninstalled/deactivated, since you can installl/uninstall them via apps.
