Hi is port 3478/tcp and 3478/udp correctly opened and forwarded?
I have the same problem as the original post. Identical description. Ports are open on the router.
Can you check if the connection works from a different network with a different browser?
Also are you behind Cloudflare, use a VPN on the client or server, or have a local DNS server running?
I usually use Vivaldi Browser. From the Chrome browser I could sort of connect for a video call. It would connect to the server, but never establish the video/audio connection. Instead it would try for maybe 10 seconds, then retry, repeatedly. But when I checked the connection in settings I got the red exclamation point (same as Vivaldi). This server is not behind any sort of VPN or Tunnel nor local DNS. When I returned to Vivaldi browser to try it again, it did the same as the Chrome browser, connected but cold not establish a call connection. I could find nothing in the logs about this connection.

I did: Checked with Google Chrome and Firefox. One Cloud @home, one Cloud @church, different network - same issue...

Yes, it is - nothing changed on firewall, it was working till Version 7.0 or 7.1 - sorry, don't know exactly

This seems to be the culprit

So I've done a bit of reasesrch on this and seems like NAT is involved on the solution.

OK, I'll check that next week - need some time - currently working on different projekts. Feedback on Tuesday...
Moving to discussions while waiting as I cannot reproduce the problem on my test instance
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior The connection check should output that the turnserver is reachable
Actual behavior The connections test fails - the turnserver is not reachable - talk calls fail, no connection possible
Host OS Ubuntu 22.04
Nextcloud AIO version 7.1.1
Current channel Latest
Other valuable info I did not change anything on firewall, nginx proxy manager or other settings. In earlier versions of nextcloud aio the connection test did not fail and videomeetings were possible. Today i had a videomeeting but no one could join the meeting. Then i realized that the turnserver connection test fails.. In logging are no errors to see...
