JPEG XL viewing support #11111

Hi devs! Since JPEG XL has become usable for quite some time now, I would like to be able to view .jxl files within the app. I think this feature will be much appreciated. Thanks.

JPEG XL is not supported by Android at this moment, and we're not going to implement a lib just for a new image format. If/when it's supported by Android, we'll revisit this.
