More clear status indication of current upload status

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Uploads tab. View the status indicator in the top right.

Expected behaviour

Clear indication whether uploading is active or paused.

Actual behaviour

Clear indication whether the current status is paused or I need to press the icon to enter the paused state.
