Using VPN without Wifi connection for autoupload #3222

Hello I do not have Wifi at home. Instead I am using gnirehtet (https://github.com/Genymobile/gnirehtet) to establish a Internet connection with my phone.

could you please ad an option to have AutoUpload be activated when any networkconnection (excluding mobile data) is connected.

This is more like a bug than an enhancement ? Any pointer that could help for a PR ?
