Change proxy when changing network connection #7138

Hello,

I found a bug on app Android, with networks parameters. At home, I have a proxy. When I change network mobile (4g or other wifi), there is no proxy.

So, when network change, I need to kill app, to force retrieve new networks parameters. Example : I'm at home, app works fine. Go to cellular network, impossible to sent or get files.. I kill app, sending works fine again.

How do you set the proxy?

The proxy is set on wifi connexion, because Android devices won't work correctly with pac file.

So, when I switch to another wifi or LTE network, proxy is not set (others apps works fine)

Then we need to

detect connection change, how? What if app is in background
upon connection change clear all stored clients in OwnCloudClientManagerFactory
while doing this we need to make sure that each and every Owncloud/NextcloudClient is created via the factory.
