Adds external apps management and Info modules. Simplier module usage with action modules. updated install role.

• added nextcloud.admin.app_info module to get one application informations.
• added nextcloud.admin.app module to manage one application from nextcloud apps store (install, enable, disable, remove).
• added action module allowing modules to fallback to an environment variable on the ansible host for setting the common nextcloud_path parameter.
• updated nextcloud_install/tasks/apps.yml to use the collection modules instead of ansible commands
• updated CI test to install calendar from the nextcloud appstore (and fixing the CI tests failing to install the app manually)

Hello there. I'm back from a long and difficult period. so I'm catching up where I left the project : the app modules. I was hopping to see improvement with the app install tasks being broken for unsupported app version but ... CI is broken Again 😞 ... for another reason! this time it seems to be issues with the image or the capabilities for the container preventing apt to install the mysql server: I've looked over this error log mysqld: error while loading shared libraries: libevent_core-2.1.so.7: cannot change memory protections but I can't figure it out for now. @staticdev @wiktor2200 any idea ?

@aalaesar welcome back, hope you are fine now. Actually I don't know. I am struggling myself with setup checks of NC 29 since they made a lot of changes and now all checks fail. I will try to solve it first.
