Hi, We can't help you if you don't provide details.
We most importantly need browser logs https://zapier.com/help/troubleshoot/behavior/view-and-save-your-browser-console-logs and data/nextcloud.log
.
A screenshots would help, as well as filling the whole template you posted.
If you need general support on this matter please raise your question in the forums instead: https://help.nextcloud.com
