German Holiday Calendar is not working

Steps to reproduce

1. Click "New Calendar"
2. Click "Add public holiday calendar"
3. Click "Subscribe" next to German holiday calendar entry
4. Reload page

Expected behavior

Holidays for Germany shall be displayed

Actual behaviour

No single German holiday is displayed

No errors are displayed in any logs.

Same for the Dutch holiday calendar.

• It was working before: I definitely remember holidays being present in 2023, and those are now gone
• My current Nextcloud version: 28.0.1, calendar app: 4.6.1 Possibly it broke during the 27->28 upgrade, but I would've noticed if it had been broken for a much longer time.
• Browser: LibreWolf 120.0.1-1 (Firefox clone)
• I checked the source file (https://www.thunderbird.net/media/caldata/autogen/Netherlands-Holidays.ics), and that does contain entries, they just don't show up in Nextcloud
