Public calendars are not addabe any more #6341

Steps to reproduce

Try and add a new subscription calendar (either a custom one or a predefined one)
Modal doesn't work and doesn't show any holiday calendars

Expected behavior

I can add a holiday / public calendar

Actual behaviour

No modal shows
