Calendar 5.0.0 cannot set shared calendar as default; creates events in hidden calendar [regression] #6370

Steps to reproduce

  1. hide your personal calendars
  2. have someone share a calendar with you.
  3. create an event

Expected behavior

the event should show up in the (only) calendar you have enabled/shown.

This is a regression.

Actual behaviour

the event is added to the hidden calendar; it appears like it has not worked, and there is no way to elevate a shared calendar above the hidden ones (I guess because they are now separated out into a different section?)
