Bug description

While upgrading to 22.2.9 I got this error-message and can't complete the upgrade.

InvalidArgumentException: Migration step 'OCA\Circles.backup\Migration\Version0022Date20220526111723' is unknown

It looks like you have two copies of the app installed:

circles.backup

That's not supported (nor possible, unless you do something manually...)
