I wanted to provide a small patchset -- without testing it feels not correct.

I would like to have a short section inside documentation on telling how to actually install a dev build after running npm run build

I believe that if you have a nextcloud running and are working in the apps-directory, no further steps should be required. If you don't want to mess with your nextcloud, I can recommend this dev setup.
