FullCalender in Calender-Section displays only english designations #8

-Problem can fix with: locale: OC.getLocale().substr(0, 2), -- instead of "lang" in https://github.com/nextcloud/dashboard/blob/master/js/calendar.js

Next week i will offer a pullrequest to close this issue and issue #7
