Push notification don't work for comment on Deck's card

Even after enabling them, push notifications do not work on new comments on Deck cards.

I can confirm this, in fact we have the problem that the only notifications a user is getting, are:

• you were mentioned in a comment inside a card
• someone assigned a card to you

We are not getting any notifications - neither push nor email, when:

• A board, list or card was changed
• A card description has been changed
• A comment was created on a card

Notifications are enabled in the settings like so:

Tested this with Nextcloud 28.0.2 and Deck 1.12.2
