Add the ability to report Dynamic IP address to NextCloud Server #2522

Hi, this is not an issue but rather a suggestion as you can tell from the title and I'm not sure if anyone's ever mentioned this because I couldn't find it. NextCloud currently has a way to restrict login to a certain IP address but it would be very nice and handy to constantly keep your dynamic IP address up to date automatically. I remember when I used OpenDNS back in the day, they included a small program that would do exactly that and report the new IP change directly back to the DNS server. It would be beneficial at least I think, to include such a feature in the Desktop client that the user could setup if restrict IP address was enabled and it would keep your dynamic IP up to date for you. Is this a good idea? Thanks.

for me, I'm using a vps to do this job, it sync my home dynamic ip to my servers, and those servers has a script running to update their firewall rules if they get updated ip items. yes, its painful to always keep in mind that I got to keep these scripts running all the time, otherwise I got huge problem.
