[Bug]: Nextcloud Context Menu is not shown for random folders (Windows 10)

Bug description

The NextCloud Context menu is not shown in some folders on both left and right panes in File Explorer. It seems to occour randomly

Steps to reproduce

Right click on the folder.

Expected behavior

The nextcloud context menu should be shown in all cases.

I have the same issue and I am using 3.14.1 latest. Seems that no nextcloud context menu on files in the online only state. For folders (even if they are in the online only state) and for files available locally, the context menu has nextcloud.
