I can confirm that this is happening. Some happens on Arch Linux.
I can confirm this with multiple displays: the Nextcloud icon is at the right display (lower right corner), the popup will show up at the left display at its left top corner. GNOME 44 did break some things so I'm not sure if this is a Nextcloud or GNOME issue, but I only got this behavior with Nextcloud.

Bug description
After upgrading to GNOME 44, when right-clicking on the tray icon the dialog pops up on the leftmost corner. With GNOME 43, it used to work just fine. This is not happening with other software.
