Auto rename files with invalid characters #5809

have a file with an character that is not allowed by server
try to upload it
server refuses it
Desktop detects such an upload problem and shows it in activity
user clicks on "resolve" and renaming dialog pops up
it has option "do this from now on automatically" (wording needs to be checked)
all invalid characters will then be replaced by "-
after rename show an info in activity/upload stream that this was renamed automatically

To discuss: how to present to user that this might kill functionality of app that created it.

We could do something like rclone which attempts to "translate" transparently. It makes sense, but isn't a magic bullet:
