Hello.

It will be very interesting to have a notification when opening (double click in Windows Explorer) a locked file.

With version 3.10, we have read-only on Office files, but for example for Excel, there is only a "read-only" which appears in the file title, and we can miss it.

And for other files, for example PDF (we often comment on PDFs), if we lock the file, when opening, nothing warns us (except the lock icon if we are careful or if we are not with a dark theme).

On the other hand, it is displayed behind the window that is displayed, this can almost be considered a bug.

P.S: Test with an .xls file, not sure if the behavior is the same for all files
