Bug description

Both windows nextcloud and unraid nextcloud are up to date. Nothing changed except turning off startup for windows but I tried turning it back on and nothing.

I was successful in gaining access to the gui by deleting local, roaming, and packages Nextcloud in appdata but once I chose my sync location I can't access it.

Steps to reproduce

Every time I start the program it disappears. I am unsure what caused it.

Expected behavior

I should be able to use gui and nextcloud.

Running into the same issue on Windows 10.

Encountering the issue on versions 3.11.0, 3.10.3, and 3.10. Server version 27.1.5 (AIO Docker). Attempted fresh installs of each client, using Revo to remove registry keys and clear any app data found on the system. Manually verified relevant folders under %appdata% were removed.

Happens whether or not I select a local folder to sync. Meaning, if I do select a folder, it crashes shortly after, and if I skip that step, then it crashes anyway.

Any workaround on this issue?

Any workaround on this issue?

The only solution I found was using a much older version of nextcloud. That worked until I realized simply using syncthing was much easier with zero issues.

I had the same issue after a fresh install of windows 11. I did a new fresh install and did only install nextcloud and not onedrive (or at least I didn't login to onedrive,). Then I had no problem with Nextcloud, but I didn't dare to login to onedrive yet. Are you using OneDrive?

I have the same issue on windows 10. Newest version of the client. It starts, and then just stops again. Interstlingly, it starts long enpough to show the new notifactions badge.
