@OctoberShiyue Are you watching the progress bar on the client while syncing with the server?
I have the same thing happening on win 7 Client 3.13.0. I have found when you watch the sync progress the network thuput drops to 8.74 % of 100 mbits. Maybe workaround by rebooting client.
@OctoberShiyue It is maybe worth taking a look at https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/4918 and especially https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/4918#issuecomment-1507960102.
The PR https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/pull/6691 containing a fix went into 3.12.4 but as far as I can see did not make it into 3.13.0.

Bug description
Downloading files from web pages within the local area network (LAN) is quite fast, almost as fast as at low speeds, but the download speed in the client's virtual folder is only 10-30 MB/s.
I've changed many computers, and it's always like this.
