[Bug]: Status bar icon shows state inconsistent with current application status (Linux)

Bug description

In the below screenshot, Nextcloud Desktop is reporting 3 different statuses:

Application is reporting "Syncing file 4 of 5"
alt text is reporting "Waiting to start sync"
Tray icon reporting ✅ i.e. all synced.

Steps to reproduce

Sync files
observe status bar icon
hover mouse over sync icon

Expected behavior

Expecting the status in all locations to be identical

Application: syncing Alt text: syncing Tray icon ♻

Updated from a minor version (ex. 3.4.2 to 3.4.4)

Encryption is Enabled

I also noticed this. Never has been reliable for me, using it for a long time already.

Anything you need from me? Anything I should check when it happens?

Often it will be the first sync after booting the computer.

This seems like a new behaviour for me in the last few months (anecdotal) The behaviour wasn't related to reboots and was consistent. I'll pay close attention to current behaviour to see if it's still happening regularly with current versions.
