fails to start: rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1207) [sender=3.1.3] #1200

Hi there.

Also a recent issue with this log after trying to run an update.

I have a similar problem. Very annoying. Did you ever find a solution?

it was a rights issue as far as i can remember, make sure you have full access on the folders
