cron running even if deactivated

Steps to reproduce

use cron for background jobs

"crontab -u www-data -e" -> remove the cronjob or modify 5 minutes to 30min
set in the webinterface to use web-cron instead of cron -> still it makes background jobs every 5 min

Expected behaviour

do backgrounnd as set in the crontab or set in the webinterface

Actual behaviour

NC continues standard cronjobs every 5 min
