Remove burger menu and add "view" entry to the menu. #181

Too much different control concepts could confuse users. That's why a common, consistent and comprehensible ways of interaction with the user should be used.

In my humble opinion the burger menu does not have a real purpose here. As for most document editing tools like Libre Office, there should be simply a "view" entry in menu, where the content of the burger menu is placed.

This will help to users to recognize the close button easier and quicker (which should be changed to an X, as discussed in issue https://github.com/nextcloud/documentserver_community/issues/174).
