Transition to using CHANGELOG.md (again?) so that app store picks it up #651

E2EE is one of the few remaining Featured apps that doesn't populate the Changelog tab in the app store. Tagged releases already have change log notes attached. Just need them to also end up in CHANGELOG.md in the repo as required by the app store.
